Procedure when concluding contracts
1. Oral reservation
Non-binding
oral reservation for a period of three days.
4. Reservation contract
The
apartment is reserved for a period of 30 days from the date
of signature. A reservation fee of CZK 150,000 or CZK
250,000 depending on the purchase price of the apartment
must be paid.
6. Preliminary purchase contract
A contract that precisely stipulates the payment
conditions and is similar to a purchase contract. The
future purchaser and the future seller agree in it to the
conditions under which they will conclude the purchase
contract.
9. Purchase contract
The
contract through which the apartment in question is
transferred from the seller to the buyer. It precisely
specifies the subject of the transfer and the price.
The contracting parties conclude the purchase
contract after the completion of construction work and
after the occupancy permit decision has come into
force.
