Information about the Project
The
new Vyhlídka residential project is located where the
streets Na Vyhlídce and U Tří křížů
meet, on a slope above the valley of the river Teplá. This
site offers a unique panorama of the historical spa area of
Carlsbad, including the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, the
Pupp hotel, the spa buildings and the surrounding forests
and viewpoints.
A quiet location, excellent pedestrian accessibility to the
town centre and the nearby green areas are the main
advantages of living at the Vyhlídka Residence.
This is a residential building with 35 apartments featuring
modern layouts and sized from 55m˛ to 160m˛ over eight
floors. The social areas of the apartments have been
located towards the front of the building, which offers a
panorama of the Colonnades, while the relaxation parts of
the apartments face the slope and offer a view of the
neighbouring forests. The underground floors serve as the
utility areas of the building with parking for each
apartment.
There are views from the east, via the south and towards
the west, with this part of the building exposed to the sun
and undisturbed by any surrounding constructions. In view
of our climate the more heavily glazed areas are turned
towards the south to offer as much sun as possible and a
panorama of the city's historical sights. The large
surfaces of the street facade are softened through the use
of bay-type glazed loggie, which in the winter can be
closed and still used, also providing installation, while
in the summer they can be opened to increase the
apartments' living space; they also of course serve as an
acoustic barrier.
The Vyhlídka Residence is five
minutes walk from the Colonnades and offers easy connection
to the main road linking Carlsbad with
Prague
